To the applause of the May Day rally participants, representatives of five labor dynasties were also awarded. For example, the Ermolovich-Pisarev family, working at the Vitebsk Oil Extraction Plant. The dynasty was founded by Maria Ermolovich, whose labor biography began at the Oil Extraction Plant as an accountant in 1937. At the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the enterprise's equipment was evacuated to Voronezh, and in August 1944, the plant began to be restored from the ruins in Vitebsk. Maria Kirillovna actively participated in its revival. For her further work, she was awarded honorary diplomas and prizes, and enjoyed authority and respect. A mother of five children, she retired with 37 years of service.

The dynasty was continued by sons: Gennady and Viktor as fitters, Vladimir as an extractor operator. For over 23 years at MEZ, Maria Kirillovna's grandson, Alexander Pisarev, has worked his way up from gas and electric welder to section foreman. For almost as long, he has led MEZ's voluntary people's дружина (vigilante squad). He has been awarded the honorary diploma of the "Belgospishcheprom" concern twice and was listed on the enterprise's Honor Board. His wife, Natalia, has been at the plant for over 16 years and is currently the shift supervisor of the oil extraction shop. Like her husband, she is a member of the DND for law and order protection. She has repeatedly received awards and was listed on the factory's Honor Board. Maria Ermolovich's great-grandson, also named Alexander Pisarev, works as a foreman at the elevator and storage facility and is also characterized positively.

In addition to Victory Square, May Day was celebrated in the regional center at all cultural and leisure venues – with amateur art concerts, sports competitions, contests, charity events, and other interesting activities.
