The 100th real estate object has been sold by the Vitebskoblimushchestvo committee this year

The Vitebsk Regional Property Committee sold the ATS building located at 4 Ofitserskaya Street, Vitebsk, at an auction on December 19. The sold lot included the ATS building, built in 1965, with a total area of 1431 sq. m., asphalt concrete pavement, and a fence; a diesel generator building from 1966 with a total area of 96 sq. m.; as well as networks – sewage, heating, and water supply.

The ATS building, previously on the balance sheet of the Vitebsk branch of Beltelecom, had not been used since 2018 and was transferred to the state association "Vitebskprom" in August 2019.

The property was put up for auction for the first time on December 19, without a price reduction, and immediately attracted 5 buyers. During the bidding, the price increased more than 4 times, and at the 28th auction step, the ATS building was sold for 850,000 rubles to a private sewing enterprise from Vitebsk.

The ATS building became the 100th property sold by the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee this year. In total, unused real estate properties in state ownership worth 3.9 million rubles were sold. By the end of December and the beginning of January, more than 70 unused properties are scheduled for auction, including auctions at the base price, which remain the most attractive for buyers.

So, on December 18, the day before, 3 successful auctions were held, all at the base price. Unused properties found new owners: in Vitebsk on Titov Street – an unfinished nursery; in the agro-town of Drutsk – a school building; in Gorodok – a production building.
