106 unused state property objects were involved in economic circulation through auction sales in 2019
In 2019, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee sold 106 unused state property objects at auctions.
The greatest interest among buyers was shown in objects offered for 1 base unit – 53 objects, as well as auctions with a price reduction of 80% – 31 objects. This allowed for the involvement of unused real estate objects in economic circulation and, at the same time, replenished the regional budget by 4264100 rubles.
In the last days of 2019, the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee held a series of successful auctions.
A parking lot in Vitebsk at 4B Beloborodov Street, previously owned by the Vitebsk Tram and Trolleybus Directorate, had been put up for sale since December 2017. This time, on December 31, the parking lot was offered with an 80% price reduction. This was the 9th auction. 2 buyers competed for the lot. During the bidding, the parking lot was sold for 391000 rubles to a private organization from Vitebsk.
The rural club-library building, with a total area of 88 sq. m., located in the agro-town of Tarasenko, 22 Centralnaya Street, had been sold since August 2018. On December 30, the club building was put up for auction for the 8th time, this time with an initial price set at one base unit. 3 buyers competed for the lot. During the bidding on the 2nd step of the auction, the object was sold for 31 rubles to an individual, a resident of Vitebsk.
For this year, the committee has already announced 45 auctions, including 10 for a base unit.
