The main task is to tidy up the territory of settlements cleared of snow, memorial complexes, places of military glory and military burials of the Great Patriotic War, as well as to prepare children's health resorts for the summer season. The subbotnik can be organized either directly at the sites or at workplaces.
50 percent of the funds received will be transferred to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and directed to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus for the purchase of special ambulance (emergency) vehicles fully equipped with medical equipment and other necessary equipment for resuscitation measures. The remaining funds will remain at the disposal of the regional executive committee and will be directed towards the development and strengthening of the material and technical base of children's health resorts, as well as towards the implementation of measures for the Year of Thrift. Employers retain funds voluntarily in the amount determined by the work collectives themselves.
