25 babies were born in the Vitebsk region on the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus

In all maternity hospitals of Vitebsk, women who gave birth to children on the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus were honored. This is a traditional event of local authorities and the public association "Belaya Rus".

In the regional clinical maternity hospital, three mothers received congratulations from the chairman of the regional organization "Belaya Rus", the head of the Vitebsk region's deputy corps, Vladimir Terentyev. In the family of Irina Prigozhaya, a resident of the Beshenkovichi district, this is the fourth child; three daughters will now help take care of their brother Igor. Daria Kagalenok from Ushachi district and Anastasia Denisenok from Polotsk district became mothers for the second time, giving birth to girls – Maria and Vasilisa. All of them are very happy that their babies were born on the main state holiday, because from now on, the whole country will salute these children every year on their birthday.

Vladimir Terentyev warmly congratulated the mothers, thanking them for their feat of motherhood, noting:

— It is especially pleasant that we honor mothers in whose families not the first babies were born. This is our concept of demographic security in action. Everyone realistically understands that there is an opportunity to raise children in large families. And the task of the authorities is to show care for them not only on holidays, but also to constantly provide assistance in their upbringing.

Mothers were presented with newborn care items from "Belaya Rus" and wished them to grow up as healthy and happy citizens of their country.

In the maternity hospital of the emergency hospital, where four babies were born on July 3, the happy mothers were congratulated by the chairman of the October district organization of the public association "Belaya Rus", Anatoly Belov. In maternity hospital No. 2, the best wishes from the head of the Pervomaisky district organization of "Belaya Rus", Alexander Kaplevsky, were received by four mothers of five newborns, as the Guchenko family had twins – two girls.

In total, 25 young citizens were born in the Vitebsk region on the state holiday.
