A 40-apartment residential building was commissioned in Horadok
The solemn opening of the facility was attended by the Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies Vladimir Terentyev and the head of the district Petr Korobach.
The customer of the construction was the Capital Construction Department of the Gorodok District Executive Committee. Shumilinskaya PMK-70 worked on the project implementation as the general contractor, and Gorodokskaya PMK-51 as the subcontractor.
The builders not only met the deadlines but also reduced the cost of housing due to favorable material supply conditions, which will affect the cost per square meter. Such savings are especially important for families with children, and 24 such families will live at the new address.
Among the new residents is Tatyana Kosyanova with her husband, who have 6 daughters and one son. The eldest has already started her own family, and the youngest child is only six months old. The couple has already built their first two-room apartment in this microdistrict with state assistance. The second two-room apartment in the new building, also with a hundred percent compensation of funds, resolves the housing issue for this family.
Out of 40 apartments, 24 were built with shared equity participation of citizens, 2 are social apartments, 4 are for commercial use, and 10 were built for their employees by the foreign enterprise "Detskoselsky – Gorodok".
– Today, all conditions are being created in Gorodok for living, working, and raising children. We often say that it's good when social infrastructure is developed, but it's very important to have jobs. The fact that the enterprise is building apartments for its employees indicates its intention to develop on the Gorodok land, – said the Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies, Vladimir Terentyev. – Moreover, with the emergence of housing, highly qualified specialists may arrive in the district center with their families, who will also contribute to the development of the enterprise and the region.
The head of the region's deputy corps also announced that another house is planned to be laid by the end of the year in the district center, with 25 applications from residents for new living space already submitted to the local executive committee.
According to the master plan for the development of Gorodok, 20 multi-story residential buildings are planned for this microdistrict, with the current one being the 14th. In total, by the end of 2018, it is planned to commission almost 5 thousand square meters of housing in the district, which is 2 thousand more than the previous year.
