49 machine operators became winners and prize-winners of the Vitebsk regional competition for spring field work
Representatives of 20 agricultural enterprises became winners and prize-winners of the regional competition for spring field work among machine operators on energy-intensive equipment, which was organized for the first time this year by the Committee for Agriculture and Food of the Regional Executive Committee.

The undisputed leader in the number of awardees is OJSC "Orsha Food Processing Plant". The enterprise achieved the best result among integration structures in such a key indicator as maximum output per unit involved in sowing. In addition, it has 11 prize-winning places in all competition categories, along with its branches. In second place are machine operators from OJSC "Vitebsk Meat Packing Plant" and its structural divisions (8 awards). OJSC "Polotsk Food Processing Plant" and OJSC "Torguny" of Dokshitsy district each have three prize-winning crews.

For example, among machine operators in sowing spring grain and leguminous crops, rapeseed, and corn, the best in five groups were Vadim Teterko (Vitebsk Meat Packing Plant), Alexander Stambrovsky (Zadneprovsky branch of Orsha FPP), Viktor Sudnik (Dokshitsy Rayagropromservis), Mikhail Bulatov (PK "Olgovskoye" of Vitebsk district), Alexander Parnevich (KUSP "Dunilovichi-Agro" of Postavy district).

In total, 49 machine operators became recipients of cash prizes. According to the competition rules, the first place is awarded 40 base units, the 2nd place - 30, and the 3rd place - 20 base units. Prize-winners were determined by nominations and groups depending on their involvement (plowing, pre-sowing soil preparation, crop rolling, sowing) and the power of the units, with the main criterion being the maximum output of energy-intensive equipment, noted in the regional agricultural department.
