On May 7, Vitebsk will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the vocational education system
Near the Palace of Sports (23 Stroiteley Ave.), the traditional exhibition-sale of products from educational institutions of the Vitebsk region "Vyasnovy Karagod" will begin at 9 a.m., featuring master classes and amateur performances. As part of the concert program, a ceremony is planned to award the winners and prize-winners of the II stage of the XVII Republican Gathering of Inventors and Innovators – students and employees of educational institutions, the research project "Vocational Education 80", and the regional professional skills competition among workers (employees), specialists, and students "WorldSkills Belarus 2020".
The solemn part of the event, where the best employees of the region's vocational education system and prize-winners of the regional competition "Master of the Year" will be honored, will begin at 12 p.m. at the Regional Philharmonic Hall.
