85 lots have been put up for auction by the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's State Property Committee in December

In December, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's State Property Committee put 85 lots up for auction, including 25 lots for auction with a starting sale price of one base value for each real estate object (currently it is 25.50 rubles), and for 60 lots the sale price is equal to the estimated value or reduced by 20%, 50%, 80%.

Rural clubs, schools, bathhouses, warehouses, industrial and administrative premises, a recreation camp, and others that were not previously sold are announced for pre-New Year's trading. The objects can be used for entrepreneurial activities, reconstruction into residential premises, or for personal subsidiary farming.

After the New Year, in January, over 20 buildings and structures will be offered at auctions to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses and business partners.
