90 auctions for the sale of unused state property are scheduled for June

The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's State Property Committee has scheduled 90 auctions for June. Most of them are former social sphere facilities: kindergartens, schools, and shops.

Facilities located near rivers and lakes, as well as those offered at a base price, are of particular interest.

For example, the former school located in the village of Driguchi, Miory District, 300 meters from the Western Dvina River, may attract significant interest.

The school complex, built in 1995, includes a two-story school building and a building for livestock classes. It also has a boiler room, power supply networks, water supply, and sewage systems.

In the future, the school could be used for agro-ecotourism or as a facility for providing services to the population. The opening of production activities is also possible.

All methods of involving the property in economic circulation are being considered, including sale at auction for a base price, lease, and gratuitous transfer for the implementation of an investment project.
