The administrative building on Leningradskaya Street in Vitebsk became the most expensive property sold by the committee at auction this year

The Committee for State Property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee held 12 successful auctions for the sale of unused state property in July. Of these, 8 properties were sold using electronic trading on the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange.

This is a new sales method that the committee began to use this year. It offers a number of advantages for potential buyers – you can purchase a property at auction from home via the Internet.

One such property was a three-story administrative and utility building with a production facility, located at Leningradskaya Street, 17, opposite the Polotsk market.

Previously, the enterprise "Khimplast" was located on these premises. After its bankruptcy, the buildings were transferred to state ownership, and part of the premises is currently leased out.

For 660 thousand rubles, the buildings were acquired by an individual entrepreneur from Vitebsk, who already has extensive experience in the real estate sector.

This complex became the most expensive property sold by the committee at auction this year.

For August, the committee has scheduled over 90 auctions for the sale of unused state property.

Among the new properties in the city of Vitebsk offered for sale, buyers may be interested in a two-story medical building at Maxim Gorky Street, 183. The complex of properties for sale also includes an auxiliary laboratory building, utility, and warehouse buildings.

After reconstruction, it is possible to locate public facilities here.

The complex of medical building properties will be offered at electronic auctions in August with an 80% price reduction.

In total, over 7 months of this year, the committee has conducted 71 successful auctions for the sale of unused state property. The state budget was replenished by more than 2 million rubles.
