Orsha airfield is ready to receive the first aircraft
The Orsha airfield is ready to receive its first aircraft. Recently, it received a certificate of airworthiness and international status.
– We are fully prepared to receive all types of aircraft and helicopters. The staff of specialists is complete, and the necessary lighting, radio engineering, and other equipment are available, – noted Nikolai Chervinsky, head of the Orsha airfield technical complex.
The final stage of the certification procedure was a technical flight of a Boeing 737-500 aircraft of Belavia airline. By the way, the Orsha airfield can accommodate various types of aircraft, including wide-body aircraft, as well as helicopters of all types at any time of the day.
