A. Yakobson sharply criticized the leaders of the Glubokoye district for the slowness in the reconstruction of the MTP

July 20, Minsk /BELTA/. Chairman of the Committee of State Control of Belarus Alexander Yakobson sharply criticized the heads of local authorities and agricultural enterprises of the Gluboksky district for slowness and inefficiency in the reconstruction of dairy farms. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the CSC. As part of the control over the implementation of the head of state's instructions, Chairman of the State Control Committee Alexander Yakobson inspected the progress of dairy farm reconstruction in the Gluboksky and Dokshitsky districts of the Vitebsk region on July 19. The reason for this was the reports of the chairmen of the Gluboksky and Dokshitsky district executive committees on this issue last week. At that time, Alexander Yakobson criticized the work on farm reconstruction carried out in the Gluboksky district, issued a number of specific instructions to accelerate construction, and decided to personally inspect the reconstruction progress. For this purpose, the head of the CSC visited five dairy farms under reconstruction. In general, the work is proceeding without significant disruptions. In particular, the head of the control department familiarized himself with the facilities that will be commissioned in the autumn of this year. One of these farms is the "Koroli" branch of OJSC "Gluboksky Meat Processing Plant," where almost all construction work has been completed, and only landscaping remains. However, there are also a number of problematic facilities, mainly in the Gluboksky district. It was to these farms that the head of the CSC paid increased attention. While familiarizing himself with the progress of farm reconstruction at the "Strinadki" branch of OJSC "Polotsk Winery" and the "Lomashi-Agro" branch of DRSU No. 3 (Novopolotsk), Alexander Yakobson sharply criticized the heads of local authorities and agricultural enterprises for slowness and inefficiency. The pace at which work is being carried out here jeopardizes the fulfillment of the task to complete farm reconstruction by the end of this year. The head of the CSC issued a number of instructions to increase the pace of construction work, the implementation of which will be monitored by the CSC of the Vitebsk region. It is worth noting that after the intervention of the Chairman of the State Control Committee, work in the farms where there were certain problems has significantly intensified over the past week. In particular, for facilities where design documentation was still missing, agreements have been reached with design organizations, which will provide it to builders in the coming days. Additional resources have been involved to accelerate the construction process, including more than 50 university students (a total of over 750 students are involved in the reconstruction of dairy farms in the Vitebsk region). -0-
