BRSM activists of the Braslav district help bored schoolchildren find a hobby during the holidays

November 3, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. BRSM activists of the Braslav district are helping all bored schoolchildren find a hobby they like during the autumn holidays, the Vitebsk Regional Committee of BRSM informed a BELTA correspondent. The "Nothing to do? Contact us" campaign is being held with the aim of organizing leisure activities for students. At the same time, the organizers focus on conducting classes chosen by schoolchildren. The children themselves offer ideas and then participate in their implementation. Difficult teenagers who are registered with their educational institutions and the district commission for juvenile affairs are also actively involved in the activities. Leading positions in the ranking of the most interesting activities for Braslav youth are currently occupied by sports competitions in various sports, intellectual games, and discussion clubs dedicated to topical issues: smoking and alcoholism, choosing a future profession, and value priorities. The children also showed interest in learning about the work of the district's enterprises and excursions to historical sites. The results of the campaign will be summarized at the end of the school holidays and will help find new ideas for further work with youth. -0-
