The "We Are Together" campaign is aimed at consolidating society
The "We Are Together" campaign is aimed at consolidating Belarusian society and uniting the nation. This was stated at the opening of the campaign in Vitebsk by the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev.
In the Vitebsk Ice Palace of Sports, under the slogan "We, Belarusians, are peaceful people!", a gala concert of the socio-cultural campaign "We Are Together!" of the National Television is taking place. "The special atmosphere of celebration, spiritual uplift, and patriotic unity of everyone in this hall is the hallmark and best characteristic of our event. This large-scale, vibrant, and attractive project was launched in 2006. Its motto became the call "For a strong and prosperous Belarus!", which is relevant for all Belarusians. The campaign has become a bright event of republican scale, gathering and uniting hundreds of thousands of people in a patriotic impulse who feel pride in their country," emphasized the head of the region. The powerful patriotic message of the National Television journalists was supported by the Ministry of Culture, and state structures and local authorities joined the organization and conduct of the campaign. The campaign resonated in the hearts of young people. The goal and meaning of the event are embedded in the very name "We Are Together!", noted Nikolai Sherstnev. "We are together in our aspiration to strengthen Belarus's authority in the international arena, develop its economic potential, and improve our native land. We are together in our desire to live in peace, harmony, and friendship with other states. We want peace and tranquility in our country. Together, we will continue to strengthen the country's independence with all our might and means, so that Belarus is a worthy and reliable home for us, our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren," emphasized the governor.
Along with the stars of the Belarusian stage, talented artistic groups and performers, who are the pride of the regions, appear on the stage. The Vitebsk region is taking over the baton after the campaign's resounding procession through such major cities as Grodno, Gomel, Mogilev, Baranovichi, and Molodechno.
