Alexander Subbotin familiarized himself with the production of JSC "Vitebsk Radio Components Plant "Monolit"
JSC "Vitebsk Radio Components Plant "Monolit" is a microelectronics cluster producing products at the level of global counterparts. This assessment of the enterprise's activities was given by Alexander Subbotin during his visit to the team. The head of the region familiarized himself with the production and working conditions of the team members.
It is enough to say that 99.5% of "Monolit's" products are exported.
– I knew the enterprise before, but I visited it for the first time, – emphasized the head of the region. – "Monolit" works systematically, and in the last two years it has shown results that cannot but please. The main thing is that the plant has a plan for further development and modernization. This gives hope that such a microelectronics cluster is developing in the Vitebsk region, which is among the top industrial managements in the world. It was interesting for me to see the conditions in which the team works and who creates the products that are in demand on the foreign market. The conditions here are good, and people work diligently and persistently, producing a sought-after product at the level of global counterparts.
In turn, the director of the enterprise, Alexander Shumakher, noted that Deputy Prime Minister Petr Parkhomchik also visited the plant and was interested in what they produce, and like the head of the region, he was satisfied. Nevertheless, time moves forward, and the issue of modernization arises in order to increase production and improve quality, he emphasized.
