Alexander Subbotin congratulated the gas workers of the Vitebsk region on their professional holiday

The best proof of this is that Belarusians perceive the opportunity to use gas as a matter of course, — said the head of the region. — Vitebsk region was the last in the country to start gasification, and has achieved significant results in this regard: now we are considered one of the leaders. In particular, yesterday we held a solemn ceremony to launch gas in the 400th settlement of the Vitebsk region. In total, the gas economy has about 69 thousand km of gas pipelines. Specialists ensure their accident-free and uninterrupted operation, modernize them, and also implement the latest technologies in their work.
The best workers of the region's gas economy and industry veterans were awarded prizes of various levels.
Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee Nikolai Orlov also presented awards.
