Alexander Subbotin introduced the new chairman to the aktiv of the Dokshitsy District Executive Committee
The session was attended by the chairman of the regional executive committee Alexander Subbotin, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Sivko, head of the main department of organizational and personnel work of the regional executive committee Vladimir Davydovsky.
The deputies voted for Sergey Abiralo unanimously. Presenting him with his service ID, Alexander Subbotin expressed hope that the new head of the district executive committee would successfully cope with the tasks set. At the same time, Alexander Mikhailovich thanked the previous chairman Oleg Anatolyevich Kovalyonok for his work, noted the district's achievements under his leadership, and presented him with an Honorary Certificate of the regional executive committee.
The Chairman of the Dokshitsy District Council of Deputies Valentina Randarevich also thanked Oleg Kovalyonok for the fruitful joint activities and presented him with an Honorary Certificate.
What is known about the new chairman of the Dokshitsy District Executive Committee?
Sergey Vladimirovich Abiralo was born in 1973 in the village of Lobanovka, Cherikovsky district, Mogilev region. In 1994 he graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy, and in 2015 from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
Since 1994, he worked in various positions in the agriculture of the Dokshitsy district, including chairman of the collective farm "Sovetskaya Belorussiya", director of the state enterprise "Gnezdilovo-Agro". From 2014 to 2018, he was the first deputy chairman of the Dokshitsy District Executive Committee, head of the Department of Agriculture and Food. Since mid-2018 and until the present time, he held the position of director of the agricultural unitary enterprise "Mnyuto" of the Gluboksky district.
For merits in the field of agriculture, S.V. Abiralo has been announced Gratitude from the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus (2022), the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and has been awarded an Honorary Certificate of the Gluboksky District Executive Committee (2023), the Gluboksky District Council of Deputies (2023).
