Alexander Subbotin introduced the new Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Dmitry Petrusha.
He will oversee construction and housing and communal services. Vitebsk region is not a new region for Dmitry Petrusha. A significant part of his professional activity is connected with the Dvina region. Dmitry Petrusha came to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee from the position of General Director of OJSC "Keramin".
