Alexander Subbotin took part in a large-scale training on resource support for the units of the Novopolotsk city department for emergency situations
In Novopolotsk, issues of providing the unit with food, fuel and lubricants, providing automotive, road and construction equipment, allocating specialized hospital beds by healthcare institutions, etc. were practiced.
– We see what is happening around us and are preparing to minimize the consequences of anything. In addition, nature often tests our resilience, fires and floods occur, and in order to quickly cope with emergencies, everyone must know the algorithm of actions, so such training is very important, – noted Alexander Subbotin.
After the theoretical part of the event, a demonstration of the readiness of the forces and means of the resource support bodies and emergency response units was held at eight sites of the field camp. Thus, the training participants saw the organization of a field weapons storage room, a medical station, a catering point, as well as how information is transferred using a mobile communication hub, refueling vehicles and containers with fuel and lubricants, etc.
– There are individual moments that still need to be worked on, we have set specific deadlines for their implementation and verification, - emphasized Igor Bolotov. – This work is carried out on a permanent basis, after the training in Novopolotsk, similar events will be held in each region of our country.
Igor Bolotov noted that all the goals and objectives of the training were met. He is confident that the rescuers of Novopolotsk can handle anything, and the city's safety is ensured.
