- You know, I don't think anything will change conceptually at the regional level. After all, each region is an integral part of our wonderful homeland. Therefore, the fact that we are discussing the draft of this Concept, it is certainly translated to every region, - noted Alexander Subbotin. - Perhaps each region has its own peculiarities, but still, the foundation is not weapons, but the economy, social approaches, food security. This year, biological security has appeared, a whole section of security. These are social matters. Therefore, it is a set of tools, a set of requirements that we must impose on ourselves so that we live happily, long, and everyone envies us. Therefore, the Concept at the regional level is simply a way of how to act further in order to move forward progressively.
