Alexander Subbotin paid a working visit to Naftan OJSC and Izmeritel OJSC
Following the meeting with the enterprise managers, Alexander Subbotin noted:
– Unfortunately, not everything depends on the enterprise itself. We all see what is happening: the imposed embargo, sanctions pressure, disruption and rupture of logistics chains, and high volatility of oil and petroleum product prices. In this difficult time, we have to navigate between problems and find solutions promptly. "Naftan" is succeeding in this. Last year, the enterprise showed significant growth. In the future, the plant will move towards deeper oil processing, planning to focus on petrochemicals rather than fuel raw materials. At today's meeting, we discussed many current issues at length and meticulously, and specific decisions were made on many of them, – commented Alexander Subbotin.
The head of the region also visited the production facilities of JSC "Izmeritel", where he familiarized himself with the potential of the future technopark.
– We want to show the whole country how it is possible and necessary to work, – said the chairman of the regional executive committee. – At the field presidium in Minsk, we discussed the creation of effective parks in Pinsk region and the construction of a site for infrastructure. Novopolotsk JSC "Izmeritel" has an advantage in that it already has a ready site and production facilities with all utilities connected.
Conditions for stimulating the development of small businesses have also been determined, and most importantly, issues have been worked out with the participants of the technopark, meaning there is already some substance. The project is advanced, I would even say revolutionary.
