The Alley of Stars is planned to be laid by the XVIII Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk".

April 30, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. A Walk of Fame is planned to be laid by the XVIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk". This was announced today to journalists before a meeting of the working group on the improvement of the regional center by the chief architect of the city, Vitaly Dubik. The alley will be located in the green zone of the lower platform of the amphitheater, which is situated in front of the main entrance to the forum from Frunze Avenue. Its design will follow established world traditions: the artist's name along with a star image will be engraved on a plaque. And the festival symbol, a cornflower, will adorn each nameplate. Initially, there will be five plaques in the Walk of Fame of the Summer Amphitheater. Famous performers, participants of the festival, will be honored with this high distinction, noted Vitaly Dubik. The city is already actively preparing for the coming-of-age of "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk": work on the improvement of the regional center has begun, and negotiations are underway on the implementation of the second phase of the Summer Amphitheater reconstruction. -0-
