A. Lukashenko set the task to complete the harvest in the shortest possible time
July 7, Minsk /BELTA/. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko heard reports from the governors of the Brest and Gomel regions on July 7. They reported on the current socio-economic situation in these regions and on the start of the grain harvest. This was reported to BELTA correspondent by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
It was noted that this year there are all prerequisites for a good grain harvest and full-scale fodder procurement. The head of state set the task to complete the harvest in the shortest possible time. Alexander Lukashenko emphasized the importance of all regions of the country fully entering the harvesting process by July 20. During the reports, the President stressed that starting from this date, he will personally inspect the progress of the harvesting campaign in the regions. "It is important not to miss the moment and start harvesting as soon as it becomes possible. This is primarily due to weather conditions, which do not allow us to waste time. The grain is good, and it must be harvested on time and without losses," said Alexander Lukashenko.
He also drew attention to the need to create the most comfortable working and living conditions for rural workers involved in the harvest. -0-
