Head of State Alexander Lukashenko presented People's Artist of Russia Valery Leontiev with the special award of the President of the Republic of Belarus "Through Art - to Peace and Understanding". The award ceremony took place today during the opening of the XVIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", BelTA correspondent reports. Valery Leontiev thanked Alexander Lukashenko for the award.
