Anatoly Linevich: any problem can be solved by studying it in depth
According to the Aide to the President, during the reception, people mainly addressed standard issues - land disputes and landscaping. "Communicating with people is systematic and constant work. We do not limit ourselves to receiving citizens, we visit work collectives of enterprises and organizations, communicate with them and are always available. The doors of the authorities for discussing people's problems are open to everyone - come and solve your issues," noted Anatoly Linevich.
Some of the problems voiced were resolved immediately. A resident of the agro-town Parafyanovo called with a request to asphalt 300 meters of Pervomayskaya Street. The pensioner has health problems, she is disabled and cannot get to the outpatient clinic. The Aide to the President - Inspector for the Vitebsk Region instructed the local authorities to asphalt the section in the spring of 2020. The Chairman of the District Executive Committee Oleg Pinchuk promised that the issue would be resolved next year. During the reception, problems of a Dokshitsy resident regarding house privatization were also resolved.
Other issues will require additional work. A resident of Dokshitsy wants to expand his house, part of which houses a store. Local authorities say this is impossible: a sewage system runs through this territory, which is connected to the new microdistrict in the city. In case of an accident, there will be difficulties in repair work. The entrepreneur refuses to relocate these networks at his own expense. The local resident also wants to build a solid two-meter fence near his house. But since it is in the city center, it will look unaesthetic. The local administration has been instructed to meet with the person again and find an acceptable solution to the issues.
Anatoly Linevich emphasized the importance of correct communication between officials and ordinary people. "They need to be psychologists to talk to a person and hear their problem. It is necessary to study the issue from different angles, in depth, then a solution can be found. It is unacceptable for an official to behave rudely, such cases will be suppressed," added the Aide to the President.
During the reception, issues of pension payments, road quality, and drug prices were raised. In total, since the beginning of the year, more than 100 appeals have been received by the local district executive committee.
