Anatoly Linevich held a personal reception of citizens in Dokshitsy
The received appeals contained requests, proposals, as well as reproaches addressed to individual structures and organizations. The range of topics was multifaceted. Some problems concerned the interests of citizens, others – the activities of legal entities. Each of the received questions, regardless of the degree of complexity and relevance, was taken under control.
For example, the first appeal, voiced by phone, concerned the improvement of a cemetery near the village of Yuzhnoye Gnezdilovo in the Dokshitsy district. In particular, it was about its fencing and clearing of trees and shrubs. Villagers, many of whom have already reached advanced age, are ready to help in putting things in order, but collecting the necessary amount to purchase a fence is a difficult task for them.
Anatoly Linevich emphasized that cemeteries must be properly maintained, and the population should take a direct part in the improvement in solving such issues. The deadlines and procedures for carrying out the necessary measures will be established in the near future. At the request of the village elder, order will also be established in the settlement itself.
The proposal to purchase a new specially equipped vehicle for trade organization, more commonly known as a "mobile shop", has also been taken under control. Anatoly Konstantinovich noted that it is not cheap, but if there is a need, the car must be purchased. In the absence of a stationary store in the village, the mobile retail outlet of the consumer union should comply with the prescribed norms and have everything necessary to meet customer demand.
Maria Iosifovna, a Group I disabled person living in the agro-town of Parafyanova, requested assistance in paving 300 meters of the road leading to the local outpatient clinic. The woman lives alone and uses a wheelchair. While the medical facility seems close, it is extremely difficult for her to reach it on her own due to the gravel road. The issue has been taken under control, and this section will be paved if financial resources become available.
The possibility of reorganizing the secondary school into a basic school in the agro-town of Dobromysl, Liozno district, was also discussed. Those who approached raised concerns that this would inevitably lead to an outflow of residents to the city and the decline of the settlement. Currently, there are quite a few young people in the village.
– I am against such transformations; moreover, I believe that when an educational institution is closed in a rural area, the village dies, – noted Anatoly Konstantinovich. – Therefore, it is necessary to weigh everything carefully, to hear the opinions of teachers, parents, and local residents. The issue will be taken under control.
Anastasia could barely hold back tears during her conversation with Anatoly Konstantinovich. Her story is a plot for a real TV series. A man, with whom she was not married but had a child, took their two-year-old son and moved him out of the country to his homeland. At the same time, law enforcement officials found no violations on the father's part. The issue will be studied in detail.
Problems were also raised concerning the payment of existing debt from one legal entity to another, the condition of the Sloboda-Rozhno road, which is approximately 7 km long, the determination of disability group, and the breach of contract terms by a private company manufacturing kitchen furniture.
Anatoly Linevich separately focused on studying the genre and thematic diversity presented in the pages of the district newspaper "Rodnyya Vy toki," and inquired about the most significant events in the district's life. He also suggested writing more frequently about the region's history, utilizing resources such as archival documents, old photographs, and little-known events and facts. This would make the newspaper even more engaging.
Continuing the historical theme, Anatoly Konstantinovich noted that the tourism sector needs to be more actively developed in the region, and the beauty of the native land should be popularized.
