Anatoly Linevich held a reception of citizens and a "hotline" in Lepel
Five appeals were received from residents of the region. The issues raised by the residents of Lepel to the President's Aide were diverse and concerned the improvement of medical and social services, non-payment of wages by a bankrupt enterprise to former employees, poor working conditions at the livestock complex of one of the agricultural enterprises, road clearing, etc.
For several years, residents of the village of Zaslonovo have been raising their pressing issue regarding the inconvenient location of the equipped and furnished outpatient clinic, which is located three kilometers away from the settlement. They have to get to it along a country road, complained a local resident, a Group II invalid, and reasonably suggested: why not move the outpatient clinic to the village? However, there are no suitable premises for its placement in Zaslonovo. This is the dilemma. Moreover, as the interlocutor noted, the outpatient clinic does not provide physical therapy services. On behalf of the residents, she asked Anatoly Konstantinovich to help solve these issues.
A resident of Lepel also asked Anatoly Linevich to assist in resolving her issue, in particular, to help connect her with specialists who could establish an accurate diagnosis for her son, who has been deaf since childhood, and help with treatment.
For three years, a resident of Lepel has been seeking payment of wages in the amount of 2.3 thousand rubles from the bankrupt enterprise "Radial Trade" – this is the amount of the enterprise's debt, and he asked for help in understanding this complicated matter.
In the summer of last year, a resident of the settlement of Beloozerny, a mother with a disabled child, was allocated social housing in a dormitory in Lepel. The woman reported that the room was cold, there was no hot water, and it was difficult to care for the child in such conditions. The solution to her problem could be obtaining an apartment, but there are 156 beneficiaries in the queue for social housing from the state housing fund.
The President's Aide listened attentively to everyone who applied, promised to look into each issue, and take action where necessary.
As Anatoly Linevich noted, many issues that citizens raise could be resolved at the local level. Some issues are systemic, are periodically raised by citizens, and require special attention and additional financial costs.
After completing the reception of citizens, the President's Aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region met with the district's active members and visited some enterprises.
