Angelina Lomako and Roman Voloznev will represent Belarus at the "Slavianski Bazaar"
Minsk resident Roman Voloznev will represent Belarus at the XXIX International Pop Song Performers Contest "Vitebsk-2020".
The gala concert of the national selection final took place on March 14 on the stage of the Lida Palace of Culture. The winner's diploma and prize - a crystal lyre - were awarded to 23-year-old Roman Voloznev from Minsk.
In addition, the representative of Belarus at the XVIII International Children's Music Contest "Vitebsk-2020" was determined in Lida. The winner of the national selection was 13-year-old Minsk resident Angelina Lomako.
The qualifying rounds were held in all regional cities, as well as in the capital. Based on the results of these rounds for the two song contests of "Slavyansky Bazaar" - the International Pop Song Performers Contest and the International Children's Music Contest - 69 applications from performers were submitted.
The XXIX International Festival of Arts "Slavyansky Bazaar in Vitebsk" will be held from July 13 to 21.
