A.N. Kosinets to open cheese factory in Braslav after reconstruction on November 7
After a fundamental reconstruction, the Braslav cheese factory will produce 10 tons of cheese per day.
The implementation of a large-scale project to create a new cheese production facility began at the Braslav branch of the Glubokoye Dairy and Canned Food Plant in 2011. Nothing remains of the old workshops – a new, fully automated production facility has been created on the basis of the plant, whose products were a local brand.
— Design and construction proceeded in parallel with the procurement of technological equipment, which allowed the work to be completed in a short period. The total investment volume is approaching 240 billion rubles, — said Andrey Davydenko, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee.
The grand opening of the branch will take place tomorrow, and the red ribbon will be cut by Alexander Kosinets, Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee.
In November, several more significant facilities will be commissioned in the Vitebsk region — a new pharmacy in Senno, an ice arena in Orsha, and a cheese factory in Postavy. After reconstruction, the Yuzef Drozdovich Children's Art School in Glubokoye has already resumed its work.
