Antiseptic began to be produced in the Senno district
Hand sanitizer production has begun at the Bogushevsk distillery of OJSC "Vitebsk Distillery "Pridvinye", said the director of the distillery Viktor Grechykho.
Before the pandemic, the distillery's workshop planned to create a production of windshield washer fluid and denatured alcohol, but the coronavirus made adjustments. The production of disinfectant was promptly established here; its basis is 70% alcohol. The enterprise acquired technical specifications along with the recipe from colleagues in Grodno, and received the necessary permits from the Ministry of Health. During this time, the plant has managed to produce 2.5 thousand bottles, with more than 800 bottles bottled per day.
"Currently, the capacities are adapted for bottling antiseptic in six-liter containers. In the near future, we plan to start bottling the product in 0.5 and 1 liter bottles," noted Viktor Grechykho.
Starting tomorrow, workers will work in two shifts, but if necessary, work will be organized in three shifts with the installation of additional equipment. The products are shipped to "Farmatsiya" enterprises in all regions.
