The Association of Employers and Entrepreneurs of the Vitebsk Region was recognized as the best in the country

At the end of last year, the Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship summed up its three-year activities. On the eve of the assembly of business circles, where the National Business Platform is approved, the main areas of activity and problematic issues that most concern private business people today were identified. Representatives of the Vitebsk region also took part in the III Reporting and Election General Assembly: Chairman of the Council of the Association of Employers and Entrepreneurs, General Director of Allianceplast LLC, Nikolai Silinov, and Executive Director of the association, Nina Lukyanova.

As Nina Georgievna noted, sharing her impressions of the trip to Minsk, the business community plans to create a republican business network in the coming years, pay special attention to the development of international contacts, including for the purpose of attracting investments to the regions, as well as to the issues of individual entrepreneurs' activities.

– For example, the work of individual entrepreneurs under the conditions of introducing Customs Union quality certificates or the possibility of an employed person. These issues are already being discussed in the Parliament of Belarus. But much also depends on the entrepreneurs themselves, their activity in making proposals to legislative acts, and appeals to people's elected representatives, – emphasized Nina Lukyanova.

This position, as well as the desire to help novice and existing businessmen in the market, strengthen their authority, and bring entrepreneurs closer to government bodies, was noted by the confederation. Following the results of the "Best Regional Business Association" competition, the Association of Employers and Entrepreneurs of the Vitebsk Region was recognized as the winner. The association takes an active part in lawmaking, holding events that contribute to business development, actively cooperates with government bodies, i.e., with the entrepreneurship department of the regional executive committee and the Vitebsk city executive committee, organizes meetings with deputies, and the work of clubs for young entrepreneurs and business women. The award was recognition at the national level and a stationary computer, which the executive director transferred to the association for gratuitous use.
