Автопробегом отметили в Шумилино 75-летие освобождения Беларуси и 95-летие района
Residents of Shumilino celebrated the 95th anniversary of their district and the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from Nazi occupation in an unusual way. A festive motor rally was held in honor of these dates.

About 60 motorists responded to the call of the event organizer, the Republican Public Association "Belaya Rus". The route passed through Shumilino, Dvorishche, Mishnevichi, Mazury, Rovnoye, Obol, Kordon, Mishkovichi, Gorki. The participants of the motor rally visited the Obol museum of the Komsomol underground, visited the fraternal cemetery in Dvorishche, where 2400 Soviet soldiers are buried, and laid flowers at memorial signs and monuments in the village of Mazury, and the agro-towns of Kordon and Mishnevichi. They visited large enterprises and picturesque corners of the district. The route ended in the vicinity of the village of Gorki – at the famous "Great Boulder", which is recognized as the largest natural stone in the country.

After a long journey, the motorists took part in a festive flash mob, had fun, and performed their favorite songs. Many were with children who not only had a great rest but also learned more about their small homeland.
