Author's song, photo hunt, quests – a musical festival will be held in the Verkhnedvinsk district
The musical and local lore festival "Okhota pet'!" (The Hunt for Singing!) will be held from September 6-8 at the Krasny Bor tourist complex in the Verkhnedvinsk district, as reported by the festival's press secretary Galina Goga.
Guests can expect three autumn days of active recreation and a diverse musical program. Competitions for mushroom hunting enthusiasts, a forest lecture on mushroom picking and forest navigation, team quests, walking tours, and master classes on tourist cuisine will be held. Additionally, guests will learn about photo hunting, visit photo exhibitions, a beauty contest, and enjoy a round-the-clock concert program featuring author's songs, country, folk, rock, and urban and student folklore. A mobile bathhouse complex will operate during these days. Bathhouse masters will set up a bathhouse town and prepare master classes on bathhouse steaming, present various types of massage, and share secrets of tying bath brooms and making soap from natural ingredients. According to the organizers, the festival, held amidst a nature reserve forest at the tourist complex, will promote domestic tourism. The festival will run until September 8 and conclude by lunchtime. During this time, the finals of the mushroom picking competitions, weighing of found edible mushrooms, and awarding of prizes to the winners will take place.
