The recreation center is located near the village of Sofievka, Sennensky District, on the shore of the forest lake Ordyshevo, rich in medicinal sapropels.

During the bidding, the value of the property increased by approximately 1.5 times, and as a result, the recreation center was acquired for 390 thousand rubles by a hunting and fishing farm from the Vitebsk region.

In the future, it is possible to carry out entrepreneurial activities here with the placement of health-improving facilities, provided that environmental requirements are met.

This object became the 102nd property sold by the committee at auction this year. The state budget was replenished by 6.2 million rubles.
