Belarusian suppliers are preparing to participate in public procurement of the Russian Federation conducted in the form of electronic auctions
From October 29, 2012, a new stage and opportunities begin for Belarusian exporters to promote their products in the Russian Federation market – this is participation in Russian state procurement conducted in the form of electronic auctions, which cover more than 80 percent of all state procurement.
The Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Center for Marketing and Foreign Trade Research" (hereinafter referred to as the NCM) in cooperation with CJSC "Sberbank - AST" of the Russian Federation (about 70 percent of the auction market) in order to implement the Agreement on State (Municipal) Procurement signed by the heads of governments of the Customs Union states, provides business entities of the Republic of Belarus with the opportunity to be accredited as participants in state procurement in the form of open auctions on the electronic trading platform of the Russian Federation.
The entry of Belarusian exporters into the Russian state procurement market, with an annual volume of over 160 billion US dollars, will allow increasing the export of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation by up to 30 percent. Belarusian business entities only need to obtain an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as EDS) from the certification center of the NCM and use it both for participation in procurement conducted on the electronic trading platforms of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
Accredited partner of CJSC "Sberbank-AST" - NC MiKTS on a permanent basis conducts seminars and consultations for enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Belarus on issues of obtaining and using EDS, accreditation and working on the electronic trading platform of CJSC "Sberbank-AST" for the purpose of participating in state (municipal) procurement in electronic format.
