July 27, Vitebsk /Olga Bogacheva - BELTA/. The Belarusian "Lyalka" Theater is preparing two premieres for the new season, the theater informed a BELTA correspondent. For young viewers, Vitebsk puppeteers have prepared the play "The Boy and the Shadow" based on the play "The Secret of the Twinkling Lights" by Russian authors Kira Cherkasskaya and Andrey Knyazkov. This modern mystery fairy tale teaches children to be persistent in achieving their goals and to be able to defend their right to be happy, not to give in to doubts and fears. Another premiere of "Lyalka" is the puppet show "The Decameron" based on the famous work by Giovanni Boccaccio. The light and spectacular production about love will be a real surprise for adult Vitebsk theatergoers. In total, the theater's repertoire will include about 30 performances.-0-
