The Belarusian-German LLC "ThermoIsoVit" is investing 4 million euros in the production of thermal insulation facade systems
June 29, Vitebsk / Sergey Kochetov - BELTA/. The Belarusian-German limited liability company "ThermoIsoVit", registered as a resident of the FEZ "Vitebsk", plans to organize the production of thermal insulation facade panels. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the investment and foreign economic relations department of the Vitebsk FEZ.
The investment volume in the project implementation will be about 4 million euros. The Belarusian-German tandem of founders plans to build an enterprise with a total area of 1.2 thousand sq.m. on one of the FEZ sites in the regional center for the production facility.
The project envisages the creation of a modern facade material production that possesses thermal insulation properties. In addition, the use of such panels allows for simultaneous variation of color schemes and formation of facade decor depending on the needs and aesthetic taste of the construction client. This is achieved through the use of clinker tiles in the production of panels. The technology for producing thermal insulation facade systems was developed in Germany and has a number of technological innovations that allow for the production of products with a high level of consumer properties. The use of such facade systems provides an opportunity to save up to 40% of thermal energy used for heating buildings. The production is environmentally safe and waste-free.
More than 30 jobs will be created during the project implementation. The company intends to export finished products in full, mainly to Russia.
The FEZ "Vitebsk" was established in August 1999. Currently, there are 34 residents operating in the FEZ, of which more than 60% are joint and foreign enterprises. The industrial potential of the FEZ is based on enterprises operating in the fields of machine building, woodworking, food, chemical, fuel, and light industries. The territory of the free economic zone includes seven sectors with a total area of over 1.2 thousand hectares.
