The Belarusian-Italian enterprise "Dynamo Program Orsha" is investing Br60 million in the modernization of its production.
July 29, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. The Belarusian-Italian joint sewing enterprise "Dynamo Program Orsha" intends to invest Br60 million in the renewal of production assets this year, Deputy General Director Galina Ivanova told a BELTA correspondent.
A significant part of the amount - Br26 million - will be directed to the renewal of the sewing equipment fleet. New high-performance universal and double-needle machines will allow the production of technologically more complex products.
Another significant investment item will be the replacement of outdated electrical equipment with energy-saving equipment. Thus, the replacement of the power transformer will save electricity worth Br10.8 million per year. Another 30% of electricity is planned to be saved by installing lamps with increased luminous efficiency instead of old ones.
The implementation of the investment program will be carried out at the expense of the enterprise's own funds.
An important task of the enterprise is to reduce the volume of production under the tolling scheme, noted Galina Ivanova. If last year 45.4% of products were produced in comparable prices in this way, then in the first six months of this year this figure decreased to 35%. This year, the enterprise is working under this scheme with well-known foreign sports goods manufacturers, including Champion, Adidas, and others. The export growth rate in January-June was 158%.
"Dynamo Program Orsha" was founded in 1998 in accordance with the agreement between the Belarusian physical culture and sports society "Dynamo" and the Italian company "Uniforms Program". The enterprise specializes mainly in the production of knitwear and sewing products for sports and recreation. -0-
