A Belarusian-Israeli agro-industrial park will be created on the basis of the Orsha and Tolochin districts
Israeli company "AgriGo LTD" is ready to participate in the project for the creation of a Belarusian-Israeli agro-industrial park, which is planned to be implemented in the Orsha and Tolochin districts.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, this was stated by the General Director of the Israeli company Anatoly Mindel during a working meeting with the Ambassador of Belarus to Israel Vladimir Skvortsov, held last week. The company specializes in high-tech projects in the field of poultry and livestock, in particular, the design and construction of agricultural complexes. "AgriGo" is already present in the Belarusian market and intends to intensify its credit and investment activities here.
The development and implementation of advanced technologies in the agro-industrial complex is intended to be one of the main areas of cooperation within the agro-industrial park. At the end of November, a Belarusian delegation plans to visit Israel for detailed elaboration of the project. In February 2014, it will be discussed at a joint Belarusian-Israeli intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation. Investors from five countries are showing interest in the project.
