The Belarusian-Uzbek veterinary conference will be held in November in Vitebsk

An international scientific and practical conference on veterinary medicine with the participation of scientists from Uzbekistan will be held on November 1-2 at the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, as reported by Dmitry Fedotov, Dean of the Faculty of International Relations, Career Guidance, and Pre-University Training of the university.

The large-scale scientific forum has become possible thanks to the actively developing cooperation between the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and the Samarkand Institute of Veterinary Medicine. A large group of scientists and employees from research centers of Uzbekistan, as well as Russia, is expected to visit their Belarusian colleagues. During the conference, participants will discuss current issues and prospects for research in animal anatomy and histology, deliver reports, and present research results. The conference work will be organized in sections: "Animal Anatomy," "Histology and Embryology," and "Experimental Morphology."

The forum program is currently being formed, and materials from the participants' presentations have been collected, which will subsequently be published in a separate collection. The international conference is timed to coincide with the 95th anniversary of the Vitebsk Academy. Its organizers are the Vitebsk Order of Honor State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and the Samarkand Institute of Veterinary Medicine.
