The Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve invites you to walk along the "Dragon's Path"

The Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve invites you to walk "Along the Paths of the Tsmok". Everyone can embark on a journey full of mystery on September 21-22, the environmental institution reported.

This September, the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve will host the international mythology festival "Shliakh Tsmoka". The new forum, conceived by the reserve administration and the local district executive committee, unites two interesting projects with a common mythological theme, which were held annually in the Lepel district. The festivals "Myths in the Swamp" in the Berezinsky Reserve and "Visiting the Lepel Tsmok" in Lepel, based on Slavic myths and legends, offered participants and guests a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the mysterious world of Belarusian myths, legends, and fairy tales. "The goal of uniting the festivals is to create a more massive and spectacular cultural project with an expanded program attractive to various audiences," the reserve noted.

The first festival, organized in a new format, will take place on several sites of the central estate of the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve in the village of Domzheritsy. Guests will be met by the main character - the Lepel Tsmok, a parade of Belarusian mythological characters, a theatrical performance, performances by musical groups, and a master class in Belarusian dance with characters from Slavic mythology.

The evening program will also leave a lasting impression, including performances by musical groups, a fire show, a visit to the Museum of Mythology, an interactive night walk along the path of myths, meetings with mythological characters, and a night film screening. And this is not the full list: organizers are still working on many "features" and intend to reveal them a little later. Throughout the festival, various themed areas, play zones for children, food courts, and exhibitions will be open. The most active participants will receive memorable prizes and diplomas from sponsors and partners of the forum.
