A business school for managers will be established in the Vitebsk region
"Reorienting a manager's mindset today is reorienting the country's economy. The idea of holding such classes came from the President's Aide - Chief Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Alexander Poznyak. And we organized a series of seminars in the region. In the future, we want to establish a regional business school. Management personnel – directors and their deputies – will be invited. The ability to retrain is extremely important now: the world is changing rapidly, and the volume of necessary knowledge is growing exponentially," explained Mikhail Keyzerov.
At the opening of the seminar, Alexander Poznyak addressed the representatives of city enterprises present, asking them to be more open to dialogue and information reception, and to be set for positivity. "It is important that everyone has this attitude towards a positive and effective wave.
and, first and foremost, a producer, to successfully engage in product sales in the real sector of the economy. At the same time, it is important for us to hear the opinion of entrepreneurs about where we might be faltering – at the government, regional or city executive committee level, so that we can take it into account and make some decisions within our powers,” emphasized Alexander Poznyak.
The practical seminar "On some approaches to enterprise development" at the Vitebsk City Executive Committee is the sixth of its kind. Previously, similar events were held at the Regional Executive Committee, and in Postavy, Verkhnedvinsk, Lepel, and Vitebsk district executive committees. The first block of the session is dedicated to anti-crisis thinking, the second to managing the future of the enterprise, its mission, and strategic planning, and the third to new methods of online sales and the use of online tools to attract customers.
