More than 100 facilities will be renovated for the regional festival-fair of rural workers "Dazhynki-2022" in Glubokoye
More than 100 facilities will be renovated in Glubokoye as part of the city's preparation for the regional festival-fair of agricultural workers "Dazhynki-2022". At least 27 million rubles are planned to be allocated for these purposes. This was stated by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, Vladimir Terentyev, at a meeting of the regional headquarters for the preparation and holding of the regional festival-fair of agricultural workers "Dazhynki-2022" in Glubokoye.
– Glubokoye is the next capital of the "Dazhynki" festival-fair. Much has been done in the city in recent years, but, like any other district center, Glubokoye has facilities that require special attention, – noted Vladimir Terentyev. – These are, first of all, social sphere facilities (preschool institutions, schools, sports facilities), housing and communal services, and road management (renovation of residential buildings, roads, sidewalks). Currently, design and estimate documentation is being prepared for each of the planned facilities. Active repair and construction work will begin as early as the spring of next year.
The meeting of the headquarters was also attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Vladimir Belous, heads of the main departments of the regional executive committee, and the Chairman of the Glubokoye District Executive Committee Alexander Shubsky.
During the meeting, tasks were set for all structural divisions and organizations of the district to implement the Action Plan for the preparation and holding of the regional festival-fair of village workers "Dazhynki-2022" in Glubokoye.
It is planned to carry out capital and current repairs of housing stock, water supply, electricity supply, improvement of city streets and adjacent territories; schools and preschool institutions, Glubokoye Central District Hospital, cultural institutions, sports facilities, and others.
Speaking about the repair of the city road network, Alexander Shubsky noted that over two years, at least five kilometers of sidewalks have been repaired and new ones have been built in Glubokoye, and this work will continue in unison with the city's preparation for the "Dazhynki-2022" festival-fair.
The task was also set to continue work on the object "Reconstruction of the building of the State Institution 'Glubokoye District Sports and Recreation Center'". By the way, waterproofing of the pool basin will be carried out in the near future.
Vladimir Terentyev also visited Secondary School No. 3, the building of which is currently undergoing major repairs as part of the "School of the Future" project. The head of the regional council of deputies positively assessed the progress of the work, noting that this educational institution, after its commissioning, will meet modern requirements for organizing the educational process.
– A large volume of work has been done, much has been provided for the convenience of students and teachers. In addition to the educational institution building, it is planned to put the stadium and the territory adjacent to the school in order, and funds have also been allocated for this. This will truly be a School of the Future, – said Vladimir Terentyev.
