More than 100 enterprises of the Vitebsk region will present innovative proposals at the investment forum

September 19, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. More than a hundred enterprises and organizations of the Vitebsk region will present innovative business projects at the next international investment and innovation forum "Investment Initiatives of the Vitebsk Region", which will be held on October 21-22, 2011 in Vitebsk, the head of the investment department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Economy Committee, Natalia Saltanovich, told a BELTA correspondent.

Representatives of Latvian business circles have already confirmed their participation in the forum.

The forum is intended to intensify the processes of bilateral cooperation between regions, cities, economic entities, promote the growth of export and investment potential, facilitate the implementation of joint investment projects, and present innovative ideas and developments.

Participants of the business forum will be presented, among other things, with successfully implemented joint business projects. In addition, it will be possible to receive consultations in the field of business and investment, as well as to familiarize themselves with the legislative acts adopted in the country on economic liberalization and stimulation of private initiative. Along with exhibition expositions, guests will be able to visit enterprises, cities and districts of the region, as well as see firsthand the sites intended for the implementation of business proposals.
