November 11, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. The Vitebsk Oblast Committee of State Control has established facts of violations by controlling and supervisory bodies of the coordination plan for control (supervisory) activities in Vitebsk Oblast in the first half of the current year, the press service of the Oblast Committee of State Control informed BELTA. The Committee of State Control continues its targeted work on coordinating the activities of controlling and supervisory bodies involved in planned inspections of business entities in the region, which are included in the coordination plan for control (supervisory) activities in Vitebsk Oblast in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 510 "On improving control (supervisory) activities in the Republic of Belarus." During the analysis of reports on the implementation of the coordination plan in the first half of the year, submitted by controllers, facts of violations by individual controlling bodies of the legislative requirements on the mandatory commencement of inspections of business entities within the calendar month specified in the coordination plan were established. In some cases, controllers did not start the planned inspection at all. At the same time, no notifications of changes to the coordination plan were sent to the Oblast Committee of State Control. The Committee of State Control analyzed the inspection record books of business entities and also identified violations committed by controlling bodies when filling them out. The main violation was the incomplete entry of all prescribed records in the book (type of inspection, order number and date of issue, grounds for assigning the inspection, date of compilation of the document on the results of the inspection and its name, dates of completion of the inspection, as well as signatures of inspectors on the commencement and completion of the inspection). At the request of the Committee of State Control, 31 officials of controlling and supervisory bodies of the region who committed violations in the execution of the coordination plan or in filling out the inspection record books were brought to disciplinary responsibility. The Oblast Committee of State Control warned the heads of controlling and supervisory bodies about their personal responsibility for observing the established procedure for organizing and conducting inspections of business entities and for strictly adhering to the requirements of Decree No. 510. -0-
