More than 300 organizations in the Vitebsk region are ready to hire student teams
As of today, student detachments of the Vitebsk region are ready to accept 334 organizations this summer, which will provide temporary employment for over 8,700 pupils and students.
As Dmitry Turoнок, the second secretary of the regional committee of the BRSM, reported, the regional headquarters of labor affairs, together with the authorities, has done a great job of finding vacancies, and it continues, so the number of jobs for youth employment will grow.
An active search for those wishing to earn extra money during the summer is underway: since April, the "We Choose a Student Detachment!" campaign has been held in all universities, secondary vocational and professional-technical educational institutions, as well as in schools, application forms are being filled out, and information about opportunities to spend holidays beneficially is being provided. As a result, over 3,000 people have already signed up for student detachments of the Vitebsk region.
– There are applications for work in service, construction, pedagogical, environmental, and agricultural detachments. An agreement has also been concluded with the All-Russian Children's Center "Orlyonok", which is ready to accept over 100 people as part of service and, for the first time, a pedagogical detachment, – noted Dmitry Turoнок. – In addition, we are using the opportunity for year-round employment: currently, 11 student detachments are working in the Vitebsk region, including medical detachments and a recently created IT detachment.
