More than 35,000 Christmas trees will go on sale at holiday markets in the Vitebsk region
Less than a month is left until the New Year, and the region's stores have long been welcoming customers in colorful attire. Themed sales, special offers, and tastings are in full swing, undoubtedly creating a pre-holiday mood.
Artificial fir and pine trees are lined up as if in a forest; carnival costumes and items are colorful on hangers; Christmas tree toys and decorations sparkle. From December 20, the scent of pine needles will fill 120 holiday markets in the Vitebsk region – over 35 thousand forest beauties are waiting to be chosen.
Traditional fairs have started in the cities and district centers of the region, where you can buy everything you need at reasonable prices. In Vitebsk, holiday sales began today and will last until January 7. Trade rows will be open on weekends from 9:00 to 14:00 on Lenin Street (section from mini-cafe "Eridan" to cafe "Avrora"), at the "Central" market and Proletarskaya Square. On holidays and pre-holidays, December 24, 25, 31, and January 7, food stores will operate as on weekdays.
Cafes and restaurants in Vitebsk, located in separate buildings, will be open until 3:00 AM from December 20 to January 5, and until 6:00 AM on December 31 and January 6.
In addition, culinary and bakery-confectionery shops will operate in an enhanced mode: they plan to produce 200 tons of culinary products, 450 tons of bakery-confectionery products, and 130 tons of semi-finished products.
There will be enough champagne, cakes, and candies for everyone. So let's celebrate the New Year deliciously!
