More than 40 groups performed at the international festival "Dnyaproŭskiya halasy u Dubroŭne".
More than 40 collectives gathered at the festival, more than half of them arrived from foreign countries: these are performers from Russia, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Korean diaspora from Minsk also represented their country.
As part of the forum, a rally "Without the Right to Forget" was held at the Rylenkі memorial complex. A memorial sign to Kazakh soldiers was solemnly opened with the participation of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Beisenbayev and the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies Vladimir Terentyev.
