More than 500 artists will take part in the I International Festival-Competition "Art Parade in Vitebsk"
As explained by Gleb Lapitsky, General Director of the Vitebsk Culture Center, Director of the "Slavianski Bazaar", the new project can be considered a brainchild of the arts festival. And although it is only taking its first steps, it will be "grown-up" in every way. The directorate has received over 200 applications, 80% of which are for the singing competition. But there are also those who wish to showcase their talents in dance art.
The jury composition is already known, which includes winners of the "Slavianski Bazaar" vocal competitions – Belarusian Alena Lanskaya, Ukrainian Vlad Sytnik, Kazakh Adilkhan Makin, as well as Ruslan Alekhno, opera singer Ilona Bagel, and choreographers from Moldova and Belarus.
"Art Parade," emphasized Gleb Lapitsky, is a joint project conceived together with the Ilva travel agency. And the stay of young talents from different countries in Vitebsk will be remembered not only for the competition but also for an exciting acquaintance with the festival capital.
